Diwrnod prysur heddiw, ond weithiau rydw i’n hoffi diwrnodau fel hyn os yw'n golygu bydd diwrnodau arall yn gallu fod ymlacied.

Cerddais i'r grŵp Cymraeg i geisio siarad â phobl, fel arfer. Wedyn es i i'r dre ar fws cwrdd â fy mrawd. Mae e'n gwneud cynnydd gyda'i gamera ac yn dysgu sut i dynnu ac yn printio ffotograffau. Mae'n mwynhau'r profiad. Roeddwn i'n gallu ei helpu gyda rhai o'r gosodiadau (settings).

Busy day today, but sometimes I like days like this if it means other days can be relaxing.

I walked to the Welsh group to try to talk to people, as usual. Then I went to town by bus to meet my brother. He is making progress with his camera and learning how to take and print photographs. He enjoys the experience. I was able to help him with some of the settings.

While I was in town, I visited St John's Church, where they have wonderful stained glass. I wasn't familiar with story, but I appreciated the attitude; 'She has done what she could'.

In the evening we had our 'Monday meditations' group on zoom. And then, relax. We do what we can.
