Flap'o'meter

Took the dogs for a walk around the roads this morning as J was away and then worked from home. Went out for a run with the club tonight and it was hard work getting to the top of the hill in the wind, the dogs flap’o’meter was at about 9 at the top. Fed everyone and waited for J to get back while watching a bit of TV.
