Lesser Celandine

Ranunculus ficaria, a member of the Buttercup family, short lasting flowers and foliage. Illustrated in my book "All Year Plants in Flower " page 55, plant number43. The photo in my book was taken in April as the mass planting was the northern edge of a woodland so it was later flowering.
