I’m Looking Through You

Mrs C has been suffering back pain recently, and the suspicion is that it could be linked to her breaking her coccyx in her youth. It’s only painful when sitting for prolonged periods - no problem when doing other things, including playing table tennis and going to the gym.
The doctor couldn’t feel anything untoward yesterday but suggested an up to date x-ray could useful. We are very lucky in Kendal that WGH operate this service on a “just turn up” basis. Having dropped Mrs C’s car off for its MOT first thing, we went to the hospital straight afterwards and all was done and dusted within half an hour. Excellent service from our local NHS. We even had time to fit in a gym session before lunch.
A phone call early afternoon said the car was ready to pick up, which was a good thing because I have to go out early to rehearsal tonight.
The car has sailed through its MOT and is good for another year. And let us hope Mrs C’s back issues can be resolved soon. X-ray results should be sent to the GP surgery in ten days or so and we’ll see where we go from there…
