Those little features!

I walk past this every day and generally don't think much about it.  It's not a photograph that takes your breath away.  But such insignificant features deserve to be recorded.  We see the windowsill sitting on the footpath, which is a little odd.  On the other side of that window the floor level is obviously lower than the footpath.  On the window the name indicates it's past history.  We can conclude that there is more to this than meets the eye!
