Red Kite

Not he best photo, but I was caught unawares...

Firstly a couple of hours from hell, when my neighbour behind lit a bonfire (extra) :(:(  

I had all the windows open and I went round slamming them shut - I hope he heard but he probably didn't .  

Smoke affects my asthma...and I thought that bonfires are not allowed these days...

I tried to concentrate on my work, but it was difficult, so I went out front for a wander with my coffee.

Came in when the smoke died down, and back upstairs.

Glanced out of the window and a red kite flew right across it.  Downstairs quickly to pick up my camera - back up - and it had gone.  A few minutes later it was back, but I didn't get the full picture, just this one and a few others as it flew higher :)

This afternoon I had my PDR and all is well :):  So happy with the outcome.  Also got my letter regarding extension of contract to end of May :)
