3761. Chinese Sticky Pork Traybake

I decided to do some batch cooking this morning so two of these were done followed by another two meals of Creamy Tomato, Bacon and Spinach Pasta! 
We had the pasta for lunch today and it was delicious….
I left the other traybake in the fridge for hubby’s lunch tomorrow as I’m out all day with my friend in Dundee.  She has almost complete two thirds of her radiotherapy sessions so we’re having a wee wander in the morning then I’m going with her to the hospital in the afternoon.

I started to have a clear out of old paperwork this morning and I’ve managed to get through about 5 folders so far.  I’m amazed at how much stuff I’ve kept…..
