Hidden Architecture (Better in 'Large')
It's not actually hidden at all, of course, only to those that don't look up.
This was taken from the top level of the car park above Eastgate Street in Gloucester.
The building on the right was the Guildhall many years ago, still is to some extent and has a theatre which shows films and occasional gigs, but the majority of it is the NatWest bank, modern façade on the ground floor. Next along is Lloyds bank, the red building.
in the distance is the tower of Gloucester Cathedral, which is off Westgate Street and to the left is the tower that was attached to St Michael the Archangel. St. Michaels tower is at The Cross, the highest point of the city and where the four 'Gate' streets meet (Northgate, Eastgate, Westgate, Southgate).
