Wasserschloss

Another absolutely gorgeous day. We took the train to Turgi, and explored around the Swiss Wasserschloss, where the Limmat and Reuss join the Aare river, before it joins the Rhein. We walked around 9km, mainly on River banks, old spinning and metal industrial sites, residential areas, and forests. In Brugg, we arrived as the Fasnacht parade or carnival passed through. It was packed, lots of dressed up marching bands and floats, with most of the people watching dressed up too. A great end to a lovely walk, then got the train back home.
