The Tetanus Experience...

We had our first tetanus scare this afternoon. Ewan stood on a rusty screw in the garden and I've always wondered what the current preventability/fact/myth thing with tetanus is.

Turns out, after a quick call to the doctors, that Ewan is well up to date with his tetanus shots and is perfectly safe.

He dealt with it rather well. Hobbled in to tell his mum about how he stood on the thing and it went through his shoe and into his foot. Only lightly punctured his foot and nothing a wee plaster and laze in daddie's hammock couldn't sort out.
