When lemons go bad........

A little 'experiment' going on at the moment......a windfallen lemon that I've allowed to sit and sit and sit in the kitchen.  I'm taking careful note of how the breakdown occurs, how the mould and mildew form and what stages might make for interesting images when I harvest my next windfallen lemon......
