Saxifrage time.
Here is a yellow Saxifrage growing in a stone troigh the garen.
Many alpines come into flower early in the Spring.
In recent years they would have been on show on mid March in the Kendal Alpine 
Garden  Show. Unfortunately the Show is not taking place this year.
