Having done their shopping this afternoon, at a well known Supermarket. But it is not the one that the lady has just visited, as I spotted her Sainsbury yellow bag in the trolley ;-))

The morning started with an Interval class with weights, and admit to really feeling it, and it is only a week since the last one! There were some slightly different moves that I think woke some muscles up.

Weather has been dry today, although frost again overnight. Sun has made a few appearances through the clouds, but it has been quite chilly after last weeks warmth.
