Good service

Bought in 2004,  a few weeks agothe on/off button broke. I resigned myself to buying a whole new system.
I started trawling the internet and of course stumbled across the original makers site. I had a pleasant surprise, not only were spares available, and the model still made and there was  a repair service. Yesterday I phoned and booked, “Will 10 Am tomorrow be alright?”
And by 1030 the job was done!
