Muscari

The muscari, or grape hyacinths, are the latest spring bulbs to come back into bloom in my sunny front garden. They have tiny blue flower spikes which I look forward to seeing each year especially on a beautiful sunny day like today. They should provide a welcome source of nectar for any bees that decide to come out of hibernation but it’s still pretty chilly despite the sunshine so not many out and about today.
