About 20 mins before I was due to leave for my peer support hour she cancelled. 
So it was a morning on the sofa staring at the TV
Later I walked along to Aldi, passing these seats. According to the note they were rescued from Haymarket Station, upcycled and placed here. 

Back home, restless, not sure what to do, can't face doing what needs doing. Feeling low and numb. 
Have self harmed today.
