Which J is after but they are pricey so these may not be bought. They’re difficult to get hold of it seems.

This morning I went up to my daughters as they have had some work done on the house which had been very poorly carried out aesthetically and I can see no reason for the way it’s been done…..another defect report to write which won’t be easy.
