Week 2 - 10 k run via Northey

A cold breeze, but dry and good conditions for my 10k run. Paused for a short breather and to look at the bird of prey hunt the seabirds. Loved it.

Back in time to meet up with B for lunch at The Pear Tree Pantry.  Checked tyres for wear before the MOT, then home to sort parkrun tokens, do some admin, make tea and chill whilst watching the TV. Now up to date with SAS Heroes.
