Key

It was very cold and gray this morning, a complete contrast the weekend weather. Also in contrast to the weekend, my hip was much less sore.

The office was pretty empty today. I had loads to catch up on, so had plenty peace to get on with things. I had a quick walk at lunchtime, but had to get back for a meeting.

My afternoon passed very quickly, which is good on one hand, less good when you run out of time for things.

After tea, I headed out for a short walk. My hip is still feeling much improved, but I don’t want to jinx it!
