Panic

I managed to convince myself that I'd left the hob on this morning and came home in a panic, expecting to find a smoke-filled kitchen. I get this sort of idea in my head often enough that I've decided to write this checklist. I'm hoping by keeping this next to my keys I will always see it as I'm rushing out the door. I can't believe I have to take this sort of measure, but it's not worth the stress and panic!
