Sunshine, showers, hail

Acquainted downstairs with the vacuum cleaner in the morning.  Took hound for a walk afterwards in a sunny interval.  Arrived back home wet.

Rafal and Sebastian arrived after lunch returning after Tuesday's work to cut back ivy on the garage roof which was clogging the gutter.  Stalwarts that they are they worked through a rain shower.  They filled our 3 green garden waste green bins with the debris.  They are affable and reliable workers and it saves us a tricky job.

Polished my old Tefal pressure cooker to take to the charity shop.  It functions well except for the loss of a second valve.  It has to go as its not suitable for an induction hob. I even still have the instruction and recipe booklet to accompany it. 

Used my new Prestige pressure cooker which is a lot quieter.  

Another week is whizzing by.
