Jardins du Luxembourg

The day started with a nice cooked breakfast and an unexpectedly long walk to the Metro. Interesting to see suburban Paris. I wandered through Le Marais, watched a marathon along the Seine and wandered to St Germain. Saw some areas I haven’t seen in the last few trips. Back to Le Marais for a late lunch, through the Jewish area and relaxed at Place des Vosges. The area was busy, until spots of rain fell. Went to Gare du Nord, waited and took the Eurostar home. What an easy way to travel.
27,000 steps today, a lot of it in sunshine. A good mini break!
