Present for me

A lovely present from good friend David and I am very happy with it. I have my appointment in to see psychiatrist 20th at 10.00 hopefully I will get a medication changed or antidepressants up slightly more, I am only achieving a three or four out of ten mood wise picking up every day and more so since I had some exciting news from my dear sister the other day yep pee.
