Running out of steam… ?

The Cheltenham Race Flyer returns from bringing a train of punters from Toddington to the Race Course station. It is widely reported this year that the Festival has taken a hit in attendees. Despite the crowds they have not come in record numbers. Town traders are complaining loudly at the loss of buzz and business in the town. Our own traffic observation confirms that this has been a quieter year. Cost of living really is biting.
