Blossom

Went into Manchester to the osteopath. Rose was working at the Quays clinic. The train and tram flowed nicely going but coming back there was a delay on the train.......as usual! 
Called to see my friend Alison and give her her birthday present. We had a great catch up. 
I've felt more normal and like myself today.
