Bletchley Park
A mega-blipmeet at Bletchley Park to celebrate HildasRose's birthday.
It was a great day out. It's a long time since we have been to Bletchley and it has improved a lot.
Bletchley Park was the home of the WW2 codebreakers Alan Turing, Gordon Welchman et al who broke the German Enigma codes and shortened the war as a result.
It's a great historical monument and well presented. I spent some time chatting to fellow radio hams in the National Radio Centre which shared the site.
Present today were the following
Rose
Anniemay
Igor
Chantler63
Black Tulip
Chrispybox
Fitzbilly
Technophobe
Steveng
and me
