Sun, Sand, Stones & the Sea
Went shopping as usual & visited Joan with her shopping.
Put my shopping away & off I went to Meads where I popped into Longleaf a Health Store there hoping to see the Lady I spoke to about the Vegan Quiche & luckily she was there; I gave her a slice of the Quiche & a teaspoon of Black Salt that is needed for that eggy flavour of a Quiche.
She was very grateful & was happy for her partner to taste the quiche as she couldn't eat it as she's allergic to Mushrooms.
It's amazing what people are allergic to; I'm allergic to Walnuts, Pecan Nuts & Chocolate & a friend is allergic to Carrots.
Anyway afterwards I walked round the Village Allotments where Rhubarb was sprouting up & lots of colourful flowers growing for Spring.
I then drove closer to Helen Gardens for a walk round looking out to sea & in this photo you can see the Pier too.
I walked past some youths chatting & smoking ..... I can only guess what from the smell.
In the gardens were more Spring colour, people walking their dogs & I heard the children in the School shouting, screaming with joy being out for playtime. :)
Home for a nice Soup for Lunch. :)
