Boston Spa Bridge

This is the bridge over the River Wharfe that connects Boston Spa (to the left) with Thorp Arch (to the right). I was hoping to see a heron - as I saw one yesterday from the bus as we crossed over here!

Sadly not there today - but the bridge was looking grand in the sunshine - with a nice reflection.

Walked 5.6 miles and am now finding that my pace is picking up again - averaged just under 21 minutes mile. Also finding it a bit easier again after all the inactivity in February. We have lost that cold northerly wind so it was a lot more pleasant for walking.

Passing through the churchyard in Boston Spa there were thousands of primroses blooming - I’ve added an extra of a couple of them, complete with raindrops.
