Common Field Speedwell

Veronica persica

No walk today, instead some gentle gardening.  It was in the garden I found this little speedwell (with unknown friend).  I've also put a shot in extras which I might have put as the main, not because it's particularly original but just because I liked it, but...  I took it last night, as you might have guessed, after the computer was turned off but before midnight.  I hope I will be forgiven..

The rest of the day's been pretty peaceful, which I rather needed after yesterday - and the sun has been out for much of the time.  How lovely!
