Mr. Bullfinch

Yesterday it was Mrs., now Mr. Later Mrs. did the same pose, too, but the extra today is Greenfinch and Tree Sparrow on the other feeder, with another Tree Sparrow landing there.

Last night started cold (-10°C), but just -3°C at 8 am and above zero by noon. Terrible wind, but went to the woods with Jussi anyway, choosing an area with smaller trees. The wind got harder during the afternoon (10 m/s average and gusts up to 16 m/s between 2 and 4 pm), so even that didn't feel quite so safe any more.

Saw four deer at noon. It has been just three lately, although a neighbour had seen five recently. The lynx hasn't eaten so many after all, or we have a new group around.
