I enjoyed a big day out with my three sisters today.

Louise, Lucy and I met Jen in Bristol. We had a wander and lunch then an afternoon watching Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat at the Hippodrome. Excellent.

We saw Jen on to the train back to Cardiff and caught ours to Chippenham.

Gary and Florence spent the day together in London. They are very good together having both dodged the bullet and survived against the odds. They like to talk. We can never understand what they have both been through.

Clive watched lots of Rugby.
