River of Flowers

Saturday: Dandelion Flowers and a Skull

Still have the cold northeasterly wind blowing off the sea but lots of sunshine which felt very nice in sheltered spots - also dried MrD’s clothes in record time :-)

I found the skull a couple of days ago under one of the garden shrubs, if any experts can identify it that would be great, it’s quite small - just over 2 inches or 25mm, this is exactly how I found it, no beak …

The Dandelion flowers will always remind me of my “Big Sister Margaret” and will be a very useful source of nectar for the pollinators :-)

MrD went for a walk mid morning and I pottered around the garden. Added more saucers and trays under pots along the walls, very dry and no rain forecast until next weekend …

Brought the Sweet William plants out from the greenhouse and have put them in a sheltered spot - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3320490218557017046

MrD watched the final weekend of Rugby this afternoon, the 3rd game is this evening … Wales are not doing too well unfortunately :-(
