Dog filled day

Quick walk in the woods, then over to Thunder park for mantrailing with Keely.
Then this evening Dina and I ran the Siblyback twilight 5k run. She's so good, she had 3 dips in the lake on our way around (she is a spaniel) but when she came out she made up any time we had lost. Overall we were 11th out of 23 females, but first in the over 60s (well we were the only ones in the over 60s!!)
