Distant views
We woke early so we were able to get out early for a walk up Hill o' Alyth.
It was chilly when we started but the sun and lack of wind soon warmed us up as we climbed, though there was a slight cool breeze when we were in the open. The route took us up the Den, and then through a plantation onto the hill and then along the tops, including an extra bit. It isn't a high hill but the views are extension, this is north. The extra is a small lochan between so of the tops.
We were home in time for lunch and then went to our son't to deliver a birthday present to grandson and collect mine (his birthday is the day after mine but neither present had arrived in time to give them before the days).
After tea I've spent some time getting ready for tomorrow's service and also stitching some pics into panoramas, though I decided not to blip one of them. I hope this pic is okay, the thumbnail looks pixellated.
P.S. (follow up to yesterday). My eye has been a bit sore but is gradually improving and the vision isn't affected
