Hirtle's Beach
The south shore won the toss this morning. I decided to visit Hirtle's Beach, it's been over a year since I have been there. Unfortunately the fog was still there so I didn't stay very long. This is a view towards Gaff's Point, a hike I would like to do sometime. It is 6.5 km return, so it is an easy hike to do in a few hours. I just have to find someone to go with me that day.
The temperature along the coast was still cool, it was +4 C when I was there. By the time I got to Bridgewater, which is further inland, it was 11 C. I stopped at Arby's for lunch, the only Arby's left in Nova Scotia. Then I worked my way home, splitting the time between the # 3 hwy and the 103.
