Best dressed appendix

Luca was on a high yesterday.
He was in turn voted:
- Best Dressed A&E patient (by quite a margin it has to be said)
- Best Dressed person in a Siemens CT scanner 
- Best Dressed New arrival on St Luke's ward

So today was a bit of a downer by comparison. 
He was voted cutest fluffy arse poking out the back of a patient gown. 

On the plus side the faulty appendix was binned after removal. Or fed to the seagulls by playful interns. 
I have sort of noticed that the gulls look fat and content near the Repair Factories.
