Biotope

The parish council's holes dug next to our property in the autumn are well and truly full and waiting fir the first inhabitants to arrive. 
I wonder if it will be legally OK for us to transplant the hundreds of Toads that will soon arrive in our goldfish pond. I know it's illegal to put out goldfish into streams and lakes.
