TRANSLUCENT EGG

One of MrD's scientific challenges for the children and they were fascinated by it.
MrD soaked the egg in white vinegar for a day and a night and afterwards scraped off the 'muck' and you're left with a soft egg which feels like a grape or wobbly jelly.  If you shine a light on it you can see the yolk.  Fascinating.
