Koala Hospital

We had a lovely visit today to the Koala Hospital run by Koala Conservation Australia in Port Macquarie, This is a wonderful place, where staff and volunteers treat sick and injured koalas and where possible return them to the wild.

The koalas are by no means easy to photograph. The painted koalas in the Port Macquarie.koala sculpture trail are easier (extra).
