Not a penny has been spared . . .
It’s the daughter’s 19th wedding anniversary this week, and not a penny has been spared in finding a bronze present for them.
It will fit in the envelope with the card so that will be a saving as well.
We have a ‘collection of coins’ rather than a ‘coin collection’, and a kilo or so of 1967 pennies are part of it. We really must see about finding the collection a good home, at the right price of course. I was intrigued to find this history of the penny including when it changed from copper to bronze.
