Shark!

After a lot of flip flopping I went out with the running club this morning, mainly as they were doing one of the best runs they do, along the Thames  path and the Regents canal. I didn't do the full distance (planned) but it was a fun morning, with fantastic weather and some great views.

Home then food shopping and laundry. And now cleaning the washing machine before redoing the laundry as it came out worse than when it went in. Grrr.
