Grey Heron

..flying over the marshes this morning.

My walk was a short one but very beautiful and I was pleased to get this shot, though have to confess to myself that it's at moments like this I do miss the Fuji.  The quality simply isn't the same, though that's a lot my fault as I push current camera further than it was really designed to be pushed..

The rest of the day's been peaceful and fairly domestic.  K's not very well and J thinks he's got another cold coming - something I could really do without being passed on to me!!  What a hopelessly unhealthy lot we are all of a sudden.  C'mon warm weather ;)
