Double vision?!

Tonight was Alex's big birthday night out.
Darren came with Silent Becky (whom I ended up having a major unexpected heart to heart with...), Wes & Robin (unfortunately without Laura) & 2 of Alex's other friends' whom I didn't know so well, Vicky & Benge. Ollie & Ben came on the train, as did Simon from Cuckoo.
We had bacon butties here & then walked from pub to pub through Greenfield to the train station.
Simon in a childish bought Alex a mingling spirit mix & made him drink it. I think he was a bit worse for wear for a while.
When we got into town, the Grillfest thing that we'd planned to go to was a micro anti climax & we found ourselves,mid-evening in the Tiger Lounge.
The music was amazing and we danced til about 3am!
I think this served as a fitting birthday celebration make up for the low-key one with the family.
I really enjoyed myself, as did, I think, everyone else...!
