We slept a little later this morning, but once up I got plenty of chores done.
The washing was out and dried well, and I made a pot of soup also.  

Emma came for a chat in the afternoon, and it was nice to hear her news, she leads a busy life and I am always so pleased when she comes.  She had visited her nana in the care home first of all and helped to feed her lunch.

Haven't really been out, so the photograph is from yesterday's trip to the coast.  Very bright and perky, I thought!
