Running Man

Well running, cycling and mainly drumming man.

H and I bumped into blippal Andy when we were out walking this morning. He’s training for some horrifically painful sounding duathlon which seems like pure hell ( apart from the bit at the end where they go to the pub ).

Andy is an excellent drummer and Pops old drum teacher, we have him to thank for this.

An early start for Alf and I for the first race of the season, madness but great result in the end and our systems work perfectly!

After more sleep and the aforementioned dog walk, H went to the pub for lunch so I had a fry up and played guitar at high volume for a couple of hours.
