New Vines

Looks like there's a huge investment in vines near me. There are plenty of vineyards in the UK now and there seems to be an improving reception to the wine.

I don't remember anything in the local press about this new venture, but when you consider how much more preparation there is compared to simply seeding a new crop, you have to respect the commitment.

We have a lot of lavender growing in Hampshire but this is another step in terms of time to cropping.

I'll make a note to come this way later because it should be a spectacular sight hanging with grapes.
