Good Neighbours….

… You know you have Good Neighbours when they text and say, ‘we wondered whether you have any Bailey’s?’ … And you have, so you pop some over (because you had some at Christmas).
And the next day you receive two lovely Baileys Cheesecakes….
How blessed are we?

So why have I only blipped one?
Because we ate the other before I remembered to blip!

I seem only to be concentrating on very simple things, like cooking, at present.
The cheesecake was so much prettier than my own blip offering, which today would have been butternut squash tagine, which tasted considerably better than it looked.
Garlic anyone? (All caution to the wind!).
