Jim

Jim is our friend Frances’ dad and was our neighbour for almost 20 years. It was great to finally welcome him to our new(ish) home this afternoon (we celebrated our first full year yesterday). After we’d been to Mass and the supermarket, we cooked a Sunday roast for him, Frances and Alan (Frances’ husband). Mr P had baked a Torta de Santiago yesterday. We had a lovely afternoon with them all, sitting by the fire and chewing the fat.
