Bird on a stick

Took a drive into the farm game park to see if we could find some birds.   Very flighty critters! This is one of the shrike family - the grey helmeted shrike - and why oh why do they sit on the stick with 'stuff' around them? So many lovely, different birds to those we see in our English gardens.
