Monomonday....Organic

This is a snapshot of a minute part of the aftermath of the bushfire a few weeks ago that almost reached the township of Dunsborough and was about 500 metres from our daughter's home! Scary day...Fortunately there were no homes, businesses or lives lost but unfortunately there was a loss of wildlife. Poor little possums have been treated for burns along with lizards, quenda and other creatures. Too sad. The fire decimated this special reserve, the Marri tree reserve. Hopefully it will recover over the next few years.  We have heard it was not deliberately lit but some kids were smoking pot in the bush and the bong caught fire....they won't do that again in a hurry!!
